Who organized?

I am cancelling this meeting for now. I have email the couple of people who have RSVP'ed.

Our agenda for the first couple of meetings will be to define our current problems and potential solutions.

I am very interested in finding an email administrator who has used these blacklists or knows about them. Let me know if you can help with this.

We appear to be the first advocacy group for ethical email marketers.

I will be sharing my experience of how Internet Service Providers has responded to my requests to be removed from their blacklists.

I will also share my experience with my requests to have Internet Service Providers and companies like Yahoo.com, Hotmail.com, MSN.com, and AOL.com to stop making a SPAM report the default when someone empties their junk mail folder.

A letter writing campaign to the Colorado Senate and House of Representative will be shared. This letter writing campaign will outline how SPAM affects our right to choose what we read. (Hmmm consitutional violation?)

We will be talking about curriculum for presenting ethical standards to chambers of commerse and other small business group. People who want to gain some expertice at speaking in public and contact me.

Getting the cause out there will make it snowball. Too many people are affected. Once the public realizes that ISPs are making a decision for them, based off of erroneous information, there should be a backlash. Plus, if our numbers grow large enough, we will have lobbying power. It is a big dream, but one I think it very attainable. It needs to happen and MeetUp.com is the perfect tool for it.

Imagine having 100% deliverabilty. It can happen, or at least come very close.
